Metz Culinary Management is excited to serve Lancaster Country Day School. As our guests, we hope you enjoy our meals and restaurant atmosphere, with a special flair of home. We believe in the importance of great food and genuine hospitality.
We also believe that nutritious, high-quality food enhances academic performance and helps maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to satisfy everyone’s tastes, serving a diverse menu daily.
Metz is pleased to offer a wide variety of food, from homemade, low-fat, and vegetarian items, to what’s trending in some of today’s most popular restaurants. Our fresh program ensures we provide nutritionally balanced choices, made from scratch, whenever possible. In addition, we will be hosting special culinary events throughout the year that feature new and interesting menus.

Nutritics allow students and faculty to see pictures of the menu items and know straight away what is in those items and set their diet and allergens preferences. (ex. Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Calorie Counts, or Food Allergies).

During Lunch we offer a wide selection of items including classic favorites, hot sides, and specialty sandwiches. In addition, we offer LIVE Well selections, which enable our guests to choose low-fat and low-cal items.
J. Clark’s Grille
The Grill features made-to-order gourmet burgers, hot dogs, chicken patties, grilled chicken breast, specialty sandwiches, and French fries, just to name a few.
Fresh dough pizzas and Italian specialties, including pasta dishes, stromboli, and oven baked calzones, are offered once a week.
On selected days, we offer fun presentation cooking during lunch, where you can customize your meal and watch it made before your eyes. Some of our most popular cook-to-order items are the Asian noodle bowl, chopped salad cuisine, and international entrees.
Green Scene & DuJour
Our staff prepares different homemade soup daily to complement our full salad bar. Hearty, healthy, and vegetarian selections are offered, as well as mixed greens, fresh garden vegetables, and assorted dressings that are sure to please.
Market Street Deli
We offer a variety of fresh toppings, select meats and cheeses, tuna, egg and chicken salad and an assortment of fresh baked breads, rolls, and wraps at our self-serve Market Street station. Try our daily sandwich feature for something different.
Our in-house bakery creates many delicious, homemade treats. Favorites include cookies, brownies, cheesecake, and assorted cakes and pies.
