This program welcomes Matty Steiner from Compass Prep, and is co-hosted with Harrisburg Academy and York Country Day School. An overview of standardized testing, to include a review of the digital PSAT, will be covered. This conversation will be especially valuable to students planning to take the SAT in the new digital format, and for those who wish to better understand their PSAT testing experience.  Further details and a Zoom link will be sent closer to the program date. There is no need to RSVP. Thank you, and we hope to see you there! Ms. O'Donnell and Ms. Herbert

Brain Food (hosted by The Lab)

Practical Tools and Strategies to Support Learning at Home
As parents and caregivers, many of us rely on the methods we were taught years ago, but decades of research have led us to understand more than ever how the brain learns, grows, and thrives. Because families play a critical role in the education of their children, understanding how learning happens and the research-informed strategies and habits that actually work empowers them to support learning at home. Presented by The Lab (Rachel Schmalhofer, Jill Englert, and Kim Gladys), you will learn hows and whys of learning and practical tools to support and reinforce learning at home.
