Metz Culinary Management is excited to serve Lancaster Country Day School. As our guests, we hope you enjoy our meals and restaurant atmosphere, with a special flair of home.

We believe in the importance of great food and genuine hospitality. We also believe that nutritious, high-quality food enhances academic performance and helps maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to satisfy everyone’s tastes, serving a diverse menu daily!

Metz is pleased to offer a wide variety of food, including homemade, low-fat, and vegetarian options. Our fresh program ensures we provide nutritionally-balanced choices, made from scratch whenever possible. In addition, we will be hosting special culinary events throughout the year that feature seasonal and interesting menus.

We offer a convenient cash/debit plan, accommodations for special dietary needs, and open service hours.
