College Counseling
Our College Counseling program is personal, comprehensive, and designed to turn an often-overwhelming process into a clear path forward.
At LCDS, we begin working with students and families in Middle School, helping them explore the college landscape early so they feel informed, supported, and confident long before applications begin.
As students move through Upper School, they gain meaningful exposure to the admissions process through one-on-one meetings with college admissions representatives on campus, as well as our annual college fair featuring 60+ colleges and universities. These experiences help students build authentic connections while exploring a wide range of academic opportunities and campus cultures.
Every step of the way, our College Counselors provide individualized guidance tailored to each student's strengths, goals, and aspirations. By graduation, students are prepared to navigate the admissions process with confidence and find the college that's the right fit for who they are – and who they're becoming.
College Rep Visits
Each fall, LCDS hosts college and university representatives who share information about their academic programs, scholarships, and campus communities. Students also have the opportunity to meet the admissions representative who may review their application, creating a meaningful personal connection early in the college search process.
