Lancaster Country Day School hires talented faculty and staff who are passionate about education and being a part of our close-knit community.
Our school is enjoying robust enrollment and our administrative, curricular and programmatic departments strive to improve and strengthen the education our students receive. Our full-time staff receive a benefits package that includes employer contributions to a retirement savings plan; health, dental and vision coverage; life and disability insurance coverage; a meal plan for lunches in the school dining commons; paid vacation, personal and sick days; and tuition-assistance benefits for their children.
Lancaster Country Day is committed to having an inclusive school community, where all members are treated with dignity and respect. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, the school does not discriminate in its hiring or employment practices on the basis of gender, sex, race or ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, family or marital status, or sexual orientation.
Please note: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, including a booster if eligible, is strongly recommended for employment at Lancaster Country Day School.
We appreciate the outreach from those who have joined our list of classroom substitutes. We still seek additional substitute teachers for our active list. If you are interested in serving in this capacity, please reach out to Brenda Tarvin, our HR Generalist.
