Lancaster Country Day School seeks an experienced learning specialist starting in August 2019. Responsibilities would include working in collaboration with Administrators, guidance counselors, Intermediate Unit itinerant staff, students and their families to increase student achievement, to facilitate the Student Support Team process, and academic interventions in preschool through 5th grade with some classroom teaching. Our curriculum is based on inquiry, hands-on lessons that excite the student and cultivate life-long learning. LCDS is currently looking for a friendly and competent Teacher Assistant to join our team. If you are a compassionate and self-motivated individual with a specific interest in education, we urge you to apply!
