The Excellence Fund

The Excellence Fund is the annual fundraising effort for the School, supporting critical operations and programs for the current year. Did you know that tuition dollars only cover a student's education until mid-April? Gifts to The Excellence Fund bridge this gap, help keep tuition down, and provide funding for every aspect of the LCDS environment, including arts, athletics, and technology.

New this year... Leverage your gift to The Excellence Fund!

Lancaster Country Day School received exciting news over Homecoming Weekend. An anonymous family has issued a generous challenge to the school community: All donors making a first-time or increased gift at the Benefactors ($1,908+) level will have their 2011-2012 gifts matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $25,000, when committing to the Benefactors' Circle for a three year term.

In other words:

• If you are a previous donor and make a multi-year Benefactor ($1,908+) pledge, the difference between this year's gift and last year's gift will be matched,
• If you have never made a pledge to The Excellence Fund and you commit to a three year Benefactors' pledge, all of this year's gift will be matched.

Our patrons and the school recognize the commitment of this community and share a vision of an expanded group of leadership donors. We hope you consider joining this group. Please remember, this challenge applies only to Benefactor Level gifts.

Pledges need not be paid until June 30th of the given fiscal year. Likewise, they may be paid in advance.
