Welcome! Our goal is to make the process of becoming part of the LCDS community as smooth and informative as possible so that you, as a parent can easily make the very best decision about your child's education and future. We invite you to spend some time exploring the LCDS website and to see our school in person. The LCDS admission team will gladly assist at any stage of the process. We urge you to contact us along the way should questions arise.

APPLICATION FORMS

You can download our forms here or request paper application forms from our staff. When you apply, please include a check in the amount of $75.00 (or $50 for preschool and junior kindergarten) to cover the non-refundable application fee.  A small head shot of the student is also requested with the application.
